TECHNICAL SUPPORT HOURS AND RATES
Total Integration Inc. provides technical support from our Edmonton Office. Routine technical and maintenance support is provided between 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Emergency support is available on a 24/7 basis with a response within 2 hours of contact. Factory support is available for all products supplied. An inventory of parts for all products supplied is maintained at the Total Integration Inc. office in Edmonton. Labour and equipment is warranted for one year from the project completion date; warranty is limited to failure of equipment or deficiencies with installation |
